Scheduling Instructions
1. Go to: http://iptar.genbook.com
2. Click on “West Side Rentals”
!!! – Please note that the map will not change, it only shows the east
side location.
3. Click on: IPTAR West Room Rental – W 97th – $20.00
4. Select the room you want to be in, either room 3 (the room closest
to the front door) or room 8 (the room next to the conference room).
! – The text here says “Select a Staff member”, please ignore this,
there’s no way to change it. Pretend it says “Select a Room”
4. Choose a date and time that’s available.
5. Enter your contact info.
6. Confirm your appoint Room, Date, and Time.
7. You will get a confirmation email with the time and date of your
appointment and the link to cancel the appointment. That’s it.
Cancellations
As per the new cancellation policy, you must cancel at least 48 hours
before your room reservation.
If you wish to cancel, please click on the cancellation link in the
email. Please do not email me or call me to cancel unless you
experience some problem with this link.
Payment
You will get an invoice via email on the first business day of the
month for the previous month’s sessions. Please do not pay for
sessions until you have been invoiced.
Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
• THERE IS NO WAY TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS RECUR – You must book each
appointment yourself, every single hour.
• You must cancel appointments yourself with the link given at the
bottom of the confirmation email.
• You must start booking all of your appointments yourself starting July 16.
• There is no login or password required for the new calendar, you
just visit http://iptar.genbook.com
• Do not use the Google Calendar any more. That calendar is turned off.
Please email me with calendar questions or problems, do not call the
office unless it’s an emergency. It’s much easier for me to keep track
of these problems over email, and I do my best to respond to calendar
inquires quickly.
